Waited patiently for more than ten minutes while the assistant served another customer. Not once was my presence acknowledged while I stood there, in fact assistant didn't even make eye contact. Eventually left and got excellent service in Framemakers in Butchers Row. I don't mind waiting but expect to be greeted and acknowledged when I am going to spend in excess of 150.

Really pleased with the print of Salisbury Cathedral which was superbly framed by the owner of the shop in Fisherton Street. It is now on the wall of my hall and is always a topic of conversation by visitors, as well as a nice memento of an interesting weekend visit to the city.
