I needed a document notarised for the Courts in a desperate hurry. Sally was fantastic. Where everyone else was sympathetic, but unhelpful, Sally agreed to meet me early the next morning, before she started work officially, to take care of things for me. I had Polish document to be signed and be sent for an Apostille and the service I’ve received was absolutely fantastic and so fast (all within one week during lockdown!) Very responsive to each email I’ve sent a specially those one send after hours (10pm and still replay in few minutes) and very helpful and professional on a whole.
Needed legal document notarised in the christmas week. Tried many local options that either failed to respond to messages or told me closed until 4th Jan. Then I emailed Sally, got a response in less than 10 minutes, forwarded a copy of what needed notarising. Within another 20 minutes I had a quote and arranged an appointment. Due to covid I stayed in my car to sign documents that were prepared by Sally while driving to the appt. She notarised my docs. I paid and we were all done in less than 4 hours from initial email to completion. It wouldn't surprise me if she was even available on Christmas day ! 11 out if 10 from me. *Sorry Sally if you now get calls Christmas day.
I needed to complete and send Documents for Australia. Sally, was brilliant from start to finish, her help and support was above and beyond my expectations. Everything for her response time to to completion of Documents really a A1 service. Very flexible with her times to suit yourself. Sally even took on for me and was up late one night to call the Australian office for more information. Very highly recommended. Thank you so much Sally for everything really was appreciated.
