Do not deal with this company. As you can see from previous responses to reviews, they are very defensive with regard to any criticism and this is reflected when you speak to them on the phone. If you like to be told \ I have been in this industry for 50 years... therefore I cannot be wrong\ this is the company for you. If you do order, triple check that you are ordering what you believe you are, as the website is deliberately misleading, with cheap replacement product being listed under brand names. I suggest ordering with Paypal, because when you have to return the product, Paypal will refund the shipping cost. I will now await a response on here explaining that it is all my fault and the company is never wrong!
