Thank you to Josh and Ben in the Exeter Branch. Needed an emergency repair because we had guests booked into stay at our holiday let. Josh in the branch was very swift in organising someone to come out to me and kept me informed through the day and Ben the engeneer was brilliant, sorted our problem out (new pump was needed) with no stress at all and nothing was to much bother. Thank you so much, you saved my bacon :-) Would defiantly recommend.

We bought a hot tub from here in October 2018. Jason, the salesman, was knowledgeable and friendly and we were very pleased with the deal that was available. We'd done our research and felt we grabbed a bargain. Delivery was quick - they actually rang up 5 days earlier than they should have to say the hot tub was on the lorry and on its way. Luckily we were available to take delivery. The early arrival meant that they had to come back a few days later to complete the installation as our electric works weren't ready but this was done without any problems. We do have a couple of minor snagging issues which need to be resolved but having dealt with Jason and others there I am confident that they will do this without any issues. Overall a great business selling great products and we can't fault the service.
