I would strongly recommend this company for Kilts. I was really happy with the service and the quality. I used it for my wedding in Scotland with Brazilians, English and Scottish all needing measured and fitted. It was a few quid more than other companies but you get what you pay for and I think it was well worth every penny. The manager even helped with a missing button hole on the big day. Really what you need when your getting married and need a reliable service so you can focus on the main event.
