Brilliant! I've recently done some training on mailchimp with Sam and I have to say that it was brilliant. Not only was it concise and easy to understand - but it was delivered in easy to understand and follow language too. I feel much more confident in using mailchimp now - and I understand all those bits and pieces that I had previously steered clear of because I didn't want to mess up my (extremely basic!) newsletter. Now I am sending much more professional looking newsletters that are getting a better open rate and feeling much more confident about pressing that "send" button. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sam if you want to get to grips with using mailchimp.
