Fantastic experience from a family run business. Excellent customer service, great communication throughout, clear transparent diagnosis of fault and accurate quote to fix. Workmanship was very good and work carried out in a very efficient and timely manner. Mower was picked up on the Monday morning and returned fixed and in great condition Tuesday afternoon. I would highly recommend you giving Sam a ring for a quote if you have an issue with your garden machinery, and are in the Shropshire area. Excellent service all round, and Sam is a really lovely, genuine guy. Great work - thanks Sam
