Excellent service from Sophie who sorted out my S7 software problem. I definately recommend going in if your considering buying a Samsung mobile device or you have a problem/need a repair. I noted several customers who were getting same day fixes to devices in around 2 hours (engineer on site). They also have excellent displays of product and give really good advice.

Samsung experience store won't let you return a device once you open it which is a total joke of a policy. If they showed a bit more compassion to their customers and didn't have such sketchy return policy when buying in store I wouldn't have switched to Apple. Apple allowed me to return my device because I didn't like the colour I picked, you can understand from that example what values each company holds.

Really loved the customer service, along with the wide range of phones there, including the new Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G. Would love to buy it, however, don't have the budget. Would recommend visiting to anyone who lives in, or is visiting Edinburgh.

I went in as I thought I had snapped my s pen but a helpful employee (i think her named began with an e) explained to me it was just the nub and that I can buy replacements. Quick and helpful service!

Was served by Chris and Evelin Both were very helpful staff got my phone repaired within 2 hours which was great cause I was really in need of it , Would highly recommend this place to get your Samsung repaired fast and good service! :)

Went into Samsung on Sunday 11/10. I had been having issues with my Samsung galaxy phone and wanted to know if it would need replaced. A very helpful staff member (mima?) talked me through the issues I was having and reassured me that she would be able to help . Luckily didn't need replaced and she managed to resolve my issue quickly. They were also very vigilant with distancing and wearing PPE. Would recommend.

Came into store on Friday found staff really helpful. I had a problem with the battery and charger on my phone. Mima was fantastic and showed me what I needed to get and sorted my out. Was worried she would tell me I needed a new phone but she was super honest and showed me all I needed was a new charger. Would recommend.
