First time visiting store,it is part of currys so had no direct contact with Samsung. But all I wanted was a charger for my s9 which the staff at carphone warehouse helped me to purchase.It was ordered online to be delivered by Monday.

0 stars for the design of the back of this Samsung tv , im a joiner and fitted loads of tv brackets over the years never had a problem till today ! whoever designed this with the tapered back didn’t take in to consideration flat wall mounting ... absolute rubbish !

1st of all I am ex iPhone user not an iPhone user any more but I must say one thing that Apple customer service and the repair service in store is fantastic no other company can beat that.....but on the other hand samsung customer service is bad really bad phone answering time could be up to 30 min and then they may not even answer the phone really really bad customer service ........if the samsung customer service dosent get better then unfortunately we have to stop buying samsung goods.......

S8 was awful top half of screen stopped working leaving me stranded it would cost 200 to replace so id rather wait for the Huawei P30 Pro
