What a place!! Wow. We thoroughly enjoyed our day out. The kids couldn't believe their eyes that a place like this even exsited. This has got to be up there in our top 5 family days out. Worth every penny, lots of fantastic memories to cherish. Thank you Sandcastle.

Brilliant day here, younger kids loved it as did we. Think its a little bit pricey though at 20pp for a family. There's plenty of slides, a wave pool, its not a place to swim as pools are pretty shallow and quite small. Self distancing didn't exist (not that I'm complaining) looks more to do than there actually is and the decor/theme makes it look amazing. Overall good day out, glad we went but not good enough to travel there again.

This waterpark is one if not the best in country. A fantastic selection of slides available here. Even when busy, your not waiting long for a slide 15 min max. 2 hours is enough inside here to enjoy the attraction throughly.

Superb experience coming here. I used to visit when i was a young child and coming back as an adult was even more fun. There are so many newer slides and attractions that it makes for a brilliant 3 hours. I thought their response to Covid 19 was excellent. Entrance is limited to 100 per hour which leaves plenty of space and time to get on all the rides. I felt safe and secure, and we had a blast. 3 hours felt like a half day. The customer service was exemplory. My girlfriend has gluten intolerence and they turned on a seperate fryer just for her so she could have some fries. We got an extra half hour wristband to allow for the time we spent eating. Shout out to the manager Mandy, who is doing a stand up job. Xx

It's very nice inside and offer lots of fun but I would probably prefer if you take in to account that you are not in London so the prices are little bit overkill. If you want charge that much, don't limit people to 3 hours. Its very disappointing as some people travelling from far away, even if they have more affordable options right on their doorstep. Don't kill Blackpool. Be more competitive and the happy tourists will save the slowly dying city.
