I had a click and collect service.James Was so good. he went out of his way to help me.He did a wonderful video Demonstration about my car.And he also looked after all the paperwork.I didn’t expect it to be that easy.I just like to thank you James for the wonderful service

Sales lady Jade was very helpful and friendly, not pushy sales at all. Unfortunately I had to cancel my order due to financial difficulties, my deposit was refunded back to me very quickly, within 7 days the money was back on my debit card account and a confirmation email ref my refund was emailed to me. Very straight forward and easy to deal with.

Poor service pretty much exactly as others describe when purchasing the car in November having to manage the sale myself as there was no attention to detail from the staff. Written complaint to manager, to this day I have not had a response, just a couple of heard hearted verbal apologies. Car was given a mot and interim service as part of deal in January. Part of service is to check the air filter. My mpg was poor so I pulled the filter in may to find it was clogged (pics) there is no way this was inspected in jan and if it was why was I not given the option to replace? Have rectified myself now. Complained to Toyota Customer Care who washed hands of it and blamed the franchise saying it was their problem to sort out! Rubbish Service Rubbish Attention to Detail Rubbish Customer Care I strongly suggest you start reading your recent reviews and dealing with the issues!
