Very very very slow service 3 members of staff in there but for the 20 minutes I waited they just did not seem bothered they had a line to the door they all were in the back chatting away the middle aged and young girl where so so rude honestly such a big company like boots I would be ashamed to have them representing my company if this is all boots has to offer no wonder there in trouble half of the people walked out because of the wait and the rudeness when it finally came to my turn the young girl just said what do you want that’s it and I asked if I could take the medication with ibuprofen and my answer was I think so!!!! Brilliant very unhelpful

Have to make effort to attend an appointment during a lunch break but then was told to wait and wait. I don't have problem of they helping other customers but what is the point of making an time booked and waiting in a black hole of not knowing how much longer I needed to wait? Gave up in the end as I stick to my committed working hours for my work.
