Threatening letter after cancelling switch during 14 day cooling off period when found a better deal. Emailed them to advise, then cancelled the DD, I received a letter saying as I've cancelled the DD myself they would be automatically notifying the Credit Reference Agency. A bit heavy handed in my opinion, be aware.

Amazing!! I was paying 300 plus for my gas and electricity, switched to these guys, pay roughly 120/150 now for exactly the same usage Easy to use app just upload a pic of the meter each month which is prompted by email so you can’t forget Absolute winner

GOTO charged me double the rated amount each month! Obviously i've switched provider, but still waiting for a refund. Also, there are issues with their IT systems as each communication from them is received multiple times with the pdf attached.

Never have I been moved to leave anything less than a 5 star rating. This is, for goto.energy is a flat zero. Make of that what you will. I'm leaving as much information here as they provided me. just.avoid
