I had a bad experience in the history of GB banking history. They didn't let me count my money at the cashier. I request the cashier to let me count but she didn't and called the manager .. oops worse

I don't know how come all the stuff are same at this branch including manager . they don't wanna admit their mistakes and all stuff get togather and embarrasse the customers. Santander should monitor and train their stuff to behave with customers
