Store manager (Justus) really helped me today, I had an issue with my card and he was ultra calm and professional...and solved my problem. I go to this branch once a month for their exceptional prices, and now find complemented by a manager who went out of his way to help me out.. not to mention that I had cycled in the rain and the store was closing. All the best!

I usually like going to Savers because I find a lot of cheap things, but I don't like when shop assistants almost kick you out of the shop 10 minutes before the closing time. On Sunday they let me get inside at 4,45PM just because I asked (considering that the portcullis was almost close) \but just for 5 minutes\ they told me. I understand that all of us can't wait to go home after a long day of work, but we should at least respect closing time, otherwise why do we schedule them?
