Great annual market. My third visit in four years. Great place to pick up a few Christmas presents and food items. Very busy. This year there was a lack of street food choices but it is always a fun time

A great experience, with plenty of foodstuffs and products from Norway and Finland. Great to see inside the churches, and everyone was very friendly. Parking was a bit of a nightmare though.
Not a huge market, but plenty busy. Some interesting foods that you wouldn't find elsewhere very easily, such as reindeer crepes and mulled mead. A little disappointing that there was just as much local/British sourced goods as genuine Scandinavian items - I was expecting far more of the latter. Still, managed to pick up a Christmas gift or two, so not too bad!
The best thing about it was that the two scandinavian churches, the Finnish and the Norwegian, at either end of Albion Street were open and their participation gave me the feeling that this was a bit more than a streetmarket and that I was getting a genuine insight to the culture and could speak to people from the countries involved.
