These people are so sound. Ultimate surf vibe. Sometimes you have to wait for an assistant and I start jumping around because I'm so impatient, but they still serve you with great customer service. Everything priced competitively and just want to look after you. Come here and spend your money!

Fantastic first surfing experience. The instructor, James, was awesome - getting me from never having touched a surfboard to standing up in a few hours. The whole set up was very friendly and welcoming. If you fancy a stellar surf experience look no further than Scarborough surf school.

Overall, we had a really good surfing experience itself, but a very poor experience before and after the surfing. The conditions were foul - rainy and very windy, with significant quantities of jellyfish. This was not the staffs fault directly at all, but we felt that more equipment - particularly shoes - would have gone a long way. We were told shoes would not be necessary. All four of our party had many jellyfish stings afterwards, with the walk to and from the beach being very uncomfortable too given the gravel path. Having said that, the teaching by James was so fantastic, he deserves to be paid more! This would be a five star review without the above considerations. We felt he really paid attention to each of us, and cared for the welfare of another family on the beach whose children were very unhappy given the conditions.

Awesome place but avoid dealing with the personnel. The entrance to the toilet gets jammed and when they free you they do not help you get in... ended up peeing in a bush... but i had an awesome view doing it, so 5 stars.
