Very helpful, I had a small problem getting my boot open on my skoda citigo. Turned out to be a minor problem very easily solved. When I had last put one of my shopping bags in the boot had accidentally caught the latch inside from the handle of one of my cotton shopping bags. This being caught had stopped the latch working correctly. Felt a little bit embarrassed, but thanked the service guy very much for sorting it out for me. Nothing is too much trouble, for them. Went on the off chance to part exchange my old car. Perfect car was available and Des Winks wouldn't let me complete the purchase until they were happy with it and happy for me to drive it away as they had only had on the stock for a short time.
