Food was actually pretty good, it tasted pretty fresh and the flavours were nice. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired however! My wife had a glass with her drink which had lipstick on, and in the current climate this is definitely not ok. It was less about the glass being dirty but more how it was dealt with, it was checked right in front of us, making me feel he's trying to accuse us of lying, then no apologies, and just bangs the replacement on the table. There wasn't a change of cutlery after the starter either, which I think is a fairly normal thing to expect. Rather the guy took our cutlery off of our plates and put them on the table, no asking like can you hold on to the cutlery or anything. I felt that again in the current covid times this isn't acceptable. All in all, I wouldn't say it's the worst experience I've ever had, because the food was pretty ok. I can understand that the guy (looked like he was maybe the owner/manager) was real busy as it looked like he does a lot of the work around there, but the service really let's the place down. I wouldn't say it's an avoid, but just take these things into account and maybe you'll be less disappointed.

Very good food, especially the hot and sour soup. We ordered soda water which was flat. The bill seemed a bit arbitrary and I was definitely overcharged for the soda water
Unfortunately we couldn't get a table (there was an hour long wait! - a good sign though) So we got a takeaway instead. As always it was delicious. Really tasty food, not too greasy and good value. Thanks again!
Great Chinese restaurant, wide menu with all allergens listed. Staff friendly and great tasty food. Definitely value for money
The staff are very friendly, speak good English and know the menu inside out. Kam Sang has a very clean restaurant, the food is well presented and delicious and to be honest one of the best Cantonese’s I have had. The food was delivered fast once we had ordered. We would definitely recommend a visit.
