Absolutely brilliant service - first contact by email on 5/2/21, proof returned same day, Order placed 7/2/21 120 bears arrived in two locations as requested on the 12/2/21. Quality is excellent and the printing requested is clear and bright. Great service would recommend this company highly.

We have recently used school bears for our lockdown bears which we gave to our pupils on the first day back to school, after the lockdown. I was very happy with the service and communication with Chris. He was extremely helpful and good at responding very quickly. He was also patient as I asked question after question and then fed back to the committee. The bears, we ordered Elizabeth bears, were a perfect size and dressed on arrival. From final approval to delivery was a few days, I was very impressed. Thank you again and we look forward to working with you again soon.
This company deliver on all aspects. The communication was speedy and concise, with very clear details throughout the process. The cost was very competitive for a high quality product. Deliveries were very fast. We are very happy with this product and know the children are going to love receiving them.

I enquired about an order, amended details of the order then amended the number of bears we would like. This was done one evening. I was given a date that they would be with us and they arrived a full week earlier than expected. All in all it took 5 days from me repeatedly changing the order until the bears arrived. Nothing was any problem and the bears are gorgeous, I want to keep all of them for myself but as we have bought them for all our children for being superstars during lockdown this won't be possible. I cannot thank you enough for such a speedy delivery
