I ordered scooter a few week ago turned up today, been out on it most of the day, cant seem to find a negative points, drives and pull as it should, great little scooter for the price, scooter guys got a great customer care plan which i like, heavily discounted parts only available with proof of purchase, seen some of the bigger battery packs online at around 180-230 each, so yeah pretty happy for what they offered me as after market upgrades. great service all round great product MAK 1 Pro
