What a fantastic experience from start to finish with this company. Knocked out my old fireplace. And installed my new one. Very nice lads worked hard and cleaned up each night. Was told by two folk who came they had never seen such good plastering work. Well done guys. Was kept informed of everything throughout. Nothing was to much trouble from start to finish. I am thrilled with it. Would certainly use this company again and recommend them.

Very disappointed with our experience. Although very friendly in the store, they have promised to call us and to come out and measure up but never done so. They have lost our details twice and now say they have no record of anything that we have ordered. Clearly the 2,000 order that we discussed is not of interest. I’m just glad that we didn’t pay a deposit! It’s disappointing, but I will be looking elsewhere.
