First came to unblock a cold feed, as I had no hot water or heating. Was at my house within half an hour. I then had James Broadbent to come and fit a new boiler, the team were very hardworking, respectful and had pride in the work they were doing. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks Lads

So far i can not fault James & Connor.... Connor is very friendly and helpful as a first point of contact... They both came out to give me a quote for a full new heating system and i was very happy with the quote... James also went above and beyond helping me with an issue i was having with my current boiler.... Booked in straight away.... Unless my new system ends up as noisy as my old (... Doubt it) i deffinately give them a 5* rating so far
Over the Christmas holiday period we had a boiler emergency, the hot water and heating had completely failed and I was not hopeful of a swift restoration. As money savings experts suggest, a qualified, local, independent tradesperson is more likely to provide a better value, fast and professional service. As expected, due to the holidays, most companies failed to reply. However, based on his excellent reviews, I emailed James Broadbent Plumbing. The reply was friendly, prompt and he seemed genuinely keen to solve my problem. An appointment was made and James arrived first thing in the morning. Unfortunately, the 15 year old boiler was deemed beyond economic repair. He provided a detailed analysis of the defects and why the boiler was not functioning and recommended a new boiler. Despite my initial disappointment, an email arrived the next day giving a detailed range of options for me to ponder and decide exactly which boiler was right for me. All options were priced keenly and James explained what each boiler offered in terms of warranty, features, optional extras and economic efficiency. I opted for a mid-range option, based on its 10 year warranty and affordable price and we arranged a date for installation. A week later, we had a brand new boiler, wireless thermostat, and our house felt like a toasty new home again. I would not hesitate to recommend James Broadbent Plumbing to anyone in the local area based on their professionalism, honesty, fair price and efficiency. A credit to the Town.
I contacted James about my boiler, it had completely stopped working! James was fantastic and instead of charging me a call out fee, he guided me through what I needed to do myself to fix it! The pipe outside had frozen and just needed a kettle over it! I would not have had a clue! Thank you James. Absolute life and extremities saver!! Would highly recommend
I really can't recommend James and his team highly enough. When we recently had a problem with our boiler, the response and solution to the problem was first class. We're extremely happy with the work they did, the time it took them, and the price they charged. They even answer the phone when you ring them - incredible!
