From the get go- the experience we had with BMW Marshall Scunthorpe was fantastic. Shout out to MR PAUL JOHNSON for making our car purchase a stress free one. The fantastic service we have received from this man was top-notch. Every query answered with detail. The 3 hour drive was well worth it and a nice feeling that we didn't waste our journey. Enquired via email on a weekend and received a personalised online car viewing on a Monday. Paul arranged the viewing on a Thursday and he made sure on the day that finance arrangement is all sorted, so we ended up driving the car home the same day!! The part exchange valuation they've quoted us with our old car was very fair and competitive compared to other dealers. They also adjusted the figure higher than what was quoted. We've yet to find out the after service experience with a used BMW, but to have a worry free, non-pushy and pressure free car buying experience, I would recommend Scunthorpe BMW, especially with Mr. Paul Johnson.

Dealt with Mark Biela; I'd spoken to a few dealers in the days preceding my first contact with Marshall and none of them had been anywhere near as helpful and attentive as Mark was. The first car that I was interested in was sadly out of stock, with the website not being updated as soon as the car had come off sale. I discussed the specific options that I was looking for, which is difficult to achieve with a second hand car. Mark found my new purchase, which had the exact technical spec that I was looking for. From point of ordering to collection, we were done and dusted in less than a week. That was picking the car, arranging the purchase, and Marshall prepping it ready for collection. Handover was simple; arrive at site, telephone the showroom and hand the keys over. Perfect, and one of the best experiences with a dealership that I've ever had.
