Good store. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The store has all you need. It gets quite busy sometimes though especially at Christmas. The store offers all that a Tesco Extra can and more.

Staff are super friendly. I also get my prescription sent there as i shop there often as the staff put sanitizer on your hands unlike asda which has a bottle for people to use on their own

Website / telephone systems are diabolical after 3.5 minutes and after listening to everything but would you like to speak to an advisor it was impossible!!! to speak to anyone. The reason I was calling was because I have amongst other items, just purchased a piece of Neufchâtel cheese which has an out of date on it as 23/11/20 as it’s the 29th November I am not a happy shopper! Do you think anyone will read this and respond?? I wonder

Customer service were incompetent today! After searching the store myself I asked if they had any 24packs of Coke Zero and the lazy woman on the customer service desk just said “if there’s none on the shelves it’s out of stock”. Not satisfied with this I asked one of the girls that was on the shop floor, she checked her handheld device and said there is some in the store room. She then went into the store room and brought some out for me. 5 star service from her but only 1 star to the customer service monkey!
