They have looked after my 8 kids for many years. Rob is an amazing vet and will always tell you the truth. He is animal centred and works with you to get your animal well. I trust this vet 100% with all my animal needs. If he don't know he will find out and educate you as well, that's a blessing.

Rob and Gemma and the team here cared for our black Labrador, Brooke, for the 2nd half of her life after changing from a vet I wasn’t happy with. The level of care we received was always fantastic and the staff are so caring, especially when it came to ending our pets life in very old age. They closed the surgery and were dealt with extremely kindly and sensitively, and were very supportive. I couldn't ask for more for Brooke or ourselves.
I would like to say a HUGE thank you to Value Vets/Eden Hill staff today particularly vet Rob, very professional,friendly and reassuring staff, I had an emergency with my dog (Duke) today and Rob was extremely helpful and assured me they would provide the best care for my dog which is all you want to here when your furbaby is poorly! Highly recommend!! thank you!
How can you call your self value pets when you quote nearly 500 got cherry eye operation. I got same operation for 80 . What a bloody rip off
