I recently purchased a used seat from Mus & Tim and received a five star service from start to finish, very easy to deal with and great service, they even threw in a set of mats, breakdown kit & a full tank of diesel. Along with sending out a mobile repair van to remove a couple of small scratches I noticed on the car before buying. Would definitely recommend.

I found Seat West London on the web and went direct to them to buy my new Seat Leon. The staff and service was excellent, and they arrange a finance package which i could not seem to find anywhere else. The car arrived exactly as I had requested with no silly niggles. I don't normally write reviews for this kind of thing, but this situation warrants one. I took my Seat in for a 60 diagnostic check for a mysterious fault; they kept it in overnight and tried numerous methods to ascertain the problem, but were unsuccessful. They were so nice about - they didn't charge me the 60, were really apologetic, and vowed to get to the root of it at a future date. Not only that, they replaced my aerial (I has temporarily removed it for the car-wash, but they weren't to know that - they just replaced it free of charge without even telling me, which was rather nice of them) and gave a good valet. They're going to try again tomorrow to find the fault. I cannot fault their excellent customer service - so polite and helpful
Just recently purchased a used Seat from these guys, excellent service, great price they even threw in a couple of freebies!!! Read some of the reviews on here first so was a bit nervous, but can honestly say the reviews didn't add up as all the staff there were very good.
I recently bought my FIRST EVER CAR! I was excited but with it being my first car I really had no idea... I rang up West London Seat and arranged a test drive (which I was nervous for as I hadn't driven much since passing my test) and went to the garage a few days later. The staff at the garage were all extremely welcoming and made me feel very relaxed. They were very patient with me, as following the test drive I spent a very long time trying to decide exactly what I wanted, and they had to look up a number of things for me as I couldnt make up my mind and they went completely above and beyond what I would have expected and offered customer service to be proud of. After being there for what must have been about 4 hours :/ I eventually made up my mind and signed the necessary paperwork... When I went to pick up my vehicle a week or so later, they again gave me a very warm welcome, went through all the legal things they needed to etc and I drove off in my new little motor a very very happy customer :) I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to visit Seat West London, even if you just want a bit of advice as they are more than happy to help!!!
Avoid this Garage Cowboys. I went to this Garage, because I had a problem with my electric windows switch which was under manufacturers warranty they told me it would be at least two weeks to get in the staff are very rude.I told them to forget it and they started to talk to their staff about me while I was there. I went to another garage and they managed to obtain the switch in two days.This garage did,nt want my service
DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. After paying a deposit on a Seat Leon and signed a contract they refused to let me have the car unless I paid an additional 500. After months of telephone calls they then decided I could not have the vehicle unless I paid an additional 700, they have been reported to trading standards. I'd advise steering well clear of this place.
