Delicious food. We have tried and loved (on a number of occasions now) the Cod, chips, Yorkshire fishcakes, jumbo battered sausages, beans and peas. Not too keen on the curry sauce though, it was a bit bland for our taste.

Covid restrictions in place but the food is still great
Nice fish and chips, had better mushy peas but tea comes in a proper mug. No pretentiousness here. Proper café type fish and chips with takeaway. Would come back. Reasonable prices as well with fast service. Good for takeaway as well, there was no queue when I was there but do believe they can get quite busy.
Popped into this shop for the first time on Thursday. The restaurant was cordoned off as oer regulations. The shop was nice and clean and the 2 ladies behind the counter very friendly . The fish was freshly fried as were the chips. Really enjoyable, and the prices were fair Would recommend and will go again.
Very nice Cod & Chips.. batter was crispy and the chips were cooked in something that I cannot put my finger on, but gave them an incredible after taste.. Only drawback is that the side pots were rather small for 1.10 but again amazing flavour.
