Having recently moved to Cumbria, we inherited a Seip remote controlled garage door, for which the remote control fob partially broke (it was very old and well used). Having telephoned Seip, leaving a message they rang us back promptly, were extremely helpful by phone and email and pleasant (thank you Lisa) and resolved the problem efficiently and effectively. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for their excellent service.

The Seip mini garage remote (SKRJ433) is sold as having a "5 year guarantee". One of two I purchased broke from the keyring after a little over one year of occasional use. Seip refuse to honour their guarantee as they say it "must have been fitted to a larger keyring to cause damage". This is simply not true, and I have even supplied the tiny keyring the fob was on so that they can inspect it. Not only that, they now want 15 to return the keyfob to me (which works, apart from the broken keyring). No mention of any 15 inspection fee was made prior to sending the keyfob to them. I shall be taking this matter up with trading standards, but in the meantime - BEWARE. They do not honour their guarantees, and (albeit indirectly) have called me a liar and tried to charge additional amounts of money. Absolutely outragous behaviour from any company. UPDATE In response to the comments from Seip: Yes, the return p&p costs were reduced from the original requested 15 to 10, thank you. In relation to the non OE keyring I supplied, you conceded that that keyring would NOT have caused the damage and have asserted that it must have been damaged whilst on another, larger keyring. This is simply not true, the one I supplied is the only keyring it has ever been on. Why would I freely admit that it had been on a non standard keyring, yet lie about the size of said keyring?
