They do not pay some of their workers matter how many hours they’ve worked, but luckily I’m not too bothered. I also started working without training (I had never done care work before) and they didn’t bother to do a DBS before starting. For all they knew I could of been a risk to their clients or Not worth the risk as a client or worker.
