Dreadful - out of date drinks and undercooked food!!! I went to Serendipity as it is so highly reviewed on Tripadvisor for my 9th wedding anniversary with my Wife, mother and son. To say we were disappointed was an understatement. Issues- - Out of date drinks. (Served to my pregnant wife) - Undercooked chicken. (Again served to my pregnant wife) - Undercooked prawns. - Rotten garnish. - Unwillingness to accept responsibility or blame. Simply put this place, if it was ever good, has gone rapidly down hill and should be avoided. I’m left worried that I will contact food poisoning ahead of a busy week at work next week.
Fantastic taster menu, we all enjoyed it very much. They have a wine menu now, and the staff were friendly and efficient.
