Excellent service from the team. Me and my husband were really impressed with the sales approach from Courtney. He didn't make us feel pressured at all and was focused on making sure the job was right for us. We recently had the job installed by the fitting team who were so polite. They do like their tea! Overall quality service and couldn't recommend enough.

flat roof was knackered, next door recommended these. came out quoted up and answered all my questions. paid deposit lads came did the job, cleaned up after themselves all rubbish taken away and then paid the balance. had horrible weather since its been done and the roof has been dealing good with it

I got in touch with them after seeing the job they did a few doors down and I was pleasantly surprised with how helpful they were when I called. Really personable and down to earth didn’t feel like I was speaking to a roofing company. They came out, quoted for the job and advised me exactly how the job would be done. There was no sales tactics that we’ve seen when we had other companies in for the windows and flat roof and could tell the chap who came to see us was genuine. Although it wasn’t the cheapest quote we had, we’re so glad we decided to have the work done by Serenity. I told the guy who came out to see us how much my wife likes Baileys in her coffee - 2 weeks after the job was done I had a call from the office just to check how everything was. 2 days later I got home and there had been a package delivered with a bottle of Baileys in. They really pay attention to the details. From start to finish I would recommend
