DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CONMEN!! Ziad and Adam are the most fraudulent individuals I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in January this year (2020). EXACTLY 14 days after buying a Vauxhall Insignia Elite from them (supposedly fully working), the ENTIRE engine needed to be replaced, fake MOT and service certificate. I contacted them expecting a simple return and refund but was met with an arrogant attitude and told not to bother with a court case, as they didn't care. Even after bring provided with an official service report from Vauxhall, to prove the car was NEVER services and had pre-existing issues, I was told the car was my problem to deal with. All expenses have been out of my pocket! I am now left with a non-running car that was falsely sold to me, a bill to replace the engine or to try privately sell it. The sheer disrespect nearly matches the financial impact this caused me for three months. No reply to any form of communication even after being presented with a court date.
Rubbish cars and services. I would never recommend. Ensure the car is in good condition regardless how long the MOT and what they say. They are lie too much especially Ziad

Purchased a Jaguar XE for 12,500 on arrival one of the tires were saying that it was low on pressure adam topped it up with air and sent me on my way 2 month later still topping it up with air, taking it to Jaguar where they have told me that the wrong tires have been fitted to the front of the vehicle and they will both need to be replace cost me 330 only to then find out the locking wheel is missing out of the back of the car which is now cost me 190 to have a drilled off and replaced, when speaking with Adam he is very aggressive with a very strong attitude that it is not his problem and that I should of known that the vehicle would’ve needed new ones!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The car i went to view was not as described. I travelled over 2 hours to get to this garage and they couldnt even be arsed to talk to me properly. The dual mass on the car was knackered and the doors were all dented up. This was after I had spoke to the bloke on the phone who described as 'perfect condition'. He even had the cheek to say if it wasnt gone by the weekend then he will put the price up. Well f#(*g good luck with that buddy! I would advise anyone to give this garage a miss. Most of the cars on the forecourt looked horrendous but to look at the reviews online you would think otherwise. Absolute waste of time.
