Contracted Clancy Docwra to lay a new water main in my lane, went through the sewer and in the process of repairing the sewer dug through a land drain and left with a big hole in the side which has now eroded to cause a large dangerous hole in the road surface. To make matters worse have never had the courtesy to respond to my complaint which I have now taken to the Consumer Council for Water. A complete disgrace now putting vehicles and pedestrians in danger with no apparent care.

I have been a customer for 17 years and have never experienced anything but good service. I recently had an issue with a water leak where my water meter was fitted. They responded so quickly turning up early and solving the issue quickly. They also adjusted my bill due to the leak. My only concern was that the bill and accompanying letter I later received was not that clear however when I called them (I had to wait less than 30 seconds!) it was fully explained by their advisor Tom. He also informed me that they were aware of the poorly explained paperwork and that SES were aware and are already rewriting future correspondence. All in all very, very good.
