Great friendly place and environment. Stuff are all nice. They have great safety measures and hand sanitizer at the door with check in points (website codes) at the tables. Staff take social distances seriously. Always ready to help with advice on different type of games but it's not just them trying to make a sale they are genuinely trying to help make you more knowledgeable to other games that you will like due to your past purchases. I've had AMAZING recommendations of games to look into from the staff and have been instant hits. Great peppermint tea and cafe.

It's always a lovely and welcoming place. Yesterday was my son's first visit and he loved it, before we went in he was bursting with excitement, jumping up and down with joy. The staff as always were friendly, welcoming, warm and very helpful, my son enjoyed looking around and see what they had, as soon as he saw the Pokémon stuff he had made his mind up on what he wanted to get, an ultra ball tin with a coin and 3 packs in it, we loved and can't wait to open it when we next get the change, he is also looking forward to his next visit and can't wait to go back
