Poor, nice story on the 7th floor but then the rest of the place is shut and everyone was crammed into the shop, so we left.

It's s a little like an empty library. Lots of rooms and not a lot of books. Not even a reading room. Unless you are going for a specific prebooked activity it isn't really worth the expense. The free stories don't really make it worthwhile. The staff don't seem to value their customers either. They seemed to have quite a few rules and restrictions which also limits your enjoyment. The magic gets lost in translation. The Baltic seems to have a lot more to offer for free.
This is one of those places that I've been meaning to take the kids to for ages but never quite got around to it. I've missed a total gem! took them o a busy half term weekend and it was busy as you would expect, but the kids had a blast. the building is really nice coffee shop was great and its was a really nice afternoon out for everyone :)
I went with my 19month old, he loved it and was able to roam around freely, the cafe even had a little play area. Nice stress free day out.
Brilliant place in a great location of the Ouseburn Valley and especially the Harry Potter room
