Fantastic Dealership! I went in to the dealership to look for my son's first car and out of all the places I've been to, this was by far the friendliest. I was greeted by a lovely young lady, Lucy, who listened to my needs and wants regarding my sons car. I also met Connor and Ollie who came out to say hello and made sure Lucy was looking after me. Francesca, another lovely young sales executive made sure to keep my two young children entertained while me and my partner were speaking to Lucy by putting the TV on for them to watch and even got them some colouring bits; some crisps and chocolate, that kept them very happy! Overall I was very impressed with the attentiveness of this dealership and would recommend to anyone looking to buy a car.

Called them many time to delete my details from their data base,I am still getting massage from them. Haven't been to the garage for more then year now. Also service is pure,had oil smell for month into my car and all engine was covered with oil. And I am not planning to use theirs service ever again,delete my details from you data base.
Me and my mum visited a few months ago to find her a new car and the service we received was incredible! Connor, who is the manager I believe was so helpful, friendly, and caring and helped us through the whole process - explaining each part thoroughly. Once we picked a car out, Connor went through and explained all the documents and procedures with us, instead of just outlining it and leaving us to it which was brilliant as my mum wanted security as this is the first car she took out on finance. Connor also helped me decorate the car with balloons when we picked it up and also contacted my mum a week after checking everything was ok. Would defiantly recommend to all my friends and family!!!

Bought my sons' first car at Robins & Day and the whole process was seamless, without fuss or issues. All overseen by Ollie Dance, the Sales Manager there who provided answers to all our questions including after- sales support. Took time to go though all the options available including finance, none of which we ever felt pressured or sold to. Vinny, the Salesman, was also excellent-always on hand to provide support and guidance. Happy to negotiate as well, would definitely recommend.
