Excellent resource for the local community. I have done several courses including Art, languages and computer skills to name just a few over many years , teaching has always been fantastic. Occasionally classes may not run if enough people do not enrol but this is the exception rather than the rule and quite understandable - you can't run a class if only two people want to do it! Lets use this great service to keep it running.

Signed up and paid for a photography course several weeks ago but when we turned up on Tuesday for the course we were all told that it had been cancelled. We were told that the decision to cancel the course had actually been made at 5 days previously but Len 'had kept meaning to call us'. Absolutely appalled at the complete lack of respect for our arrangements and time. Not an iota of consideration was given to the cost of childcare, petrol and the fact that I had delayed a trip with my husband to accommodate the five weeks of this course. So selfish and extremely unprofessional! He gleefully told me that \at least I'll get a refund\.

I planned my flight around my photography course and for the last 5 days you have known it was cancelled but you never bothered calling. I had to turn up on he day all excited only to be told it was cancelled.
