I had been looking to upgrade my AV Speakers and had spoken to several retailers, some of the advice was not what I expected with one or two pushed me toward what they had in stock and not what I really wanted or what would suit my requirements. I called Sevenoaks at Guildford and spoke to Chris, his advice was totally impartial, he listen to what my thoughts were and gave me excellent solutions. He produced quotes and realistic timescales and even when I decided to upgrade the front speakers after placing the order it was not a problem. I spoke to him a couple of weeks after I installed my new speakers about speaker cables and connectors plugs etc and again the advice was excellent. I would highly recommend Chris from Sevenoaks as his service and attitude was second to none.

What a great customer experience dealing with SS&V in Guildford! Chris, the Guildford store manager, could not have been more helpful. Chris answered all my questions, steering me in the right direction to what has turned out to be an amazing TV and soundbar setup. The logistics of my purchases were a little complicated, but this was all handled by the team with no problems. I would highly recommend Chris and the SS&V Guildford store and will not hestitate to return for any of my A/V needs in the future.
Good honest advice - Never heard of Sevenoaks S&V before but the advice I received ensured I made the correct choice with my new AV Receiver. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return to them when I need my new TV next year!
