Truly Exceptional Professional Customer Service in these Covid Lockdown Times… I decided to upgrade a very dated ‘all in home’ home cinema system and was baffled by the overwhelming choices online. I telephoned the Sevenoaks store and received friendly, professional, unbiased advice. Gavin the Assistant Manager helped me answer my questions about home cinema systems, speakers and cabling and I felt confident in the choice of equipment I decided to purchase. Delivery was fast, safe and packaged to perfection – all equipment arrived in pristine condition. The only fault to do with two speaker cable plugs were corrected by an immediate same day dispatch of replacement plugs. Outstanding customer service and highly recommended.
