Top quality service, amazing, helpful, friendly and professional staff. Thank you so much for the help and treatment you gave me. As for the reviews about having to wait... Count yourselves lucky that we have this free service! And stop being so ungrateful about having to wait a for a few hours! This clinic is fantastic and the staff made me feel so comfortable and looked after, I can't thank you enough.

Went here yesterday 16/11/2020 and the doctor and nurse were so lovely my first visit there and if need to go back when needed I will definitely I want to name the doctor and nurse as they deserve to be praised in there work so doctor Nannaya Cara and nurse susie Matthews want to Thank you both for caring and professional manner hope spelled names correctly again a big thank you

Warning to those who are new to this service, it can be a slow and boring wait, but fret not, all you need to ask is how long the possible waiting time could be, and you are not confined to the building for that period, so feel free to go out and explore the area or grab a snack to waste some time. Waiting times can take 1 - 3 hours. Results time is 2 weeks. The doctors and nurses are very friendly and supportive and will do everything in their power to ensure you are comfortable. Can't give this service 5 stars because it's not something I love going too.

Had a great experience with contraceptive implant insertion and subsequent removal after two years. Great level of care. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.
