Ordered a delivery and told it would take 2 hours to arrive, understandable it’s a busy night and we were prepared to wait. Order didn’t show up so called and advised waiting for an item to still be cooked and would be with us in 20-25 minutes, an hour later no order arrived and when we finally got through on the phone was advised another 40 minutes for an order placed 4 hours ago. It’s still not arrived and if it ever does then I’m fully expecting it to be cold and tasteless. Don’t waste your time ordering from here, no food arrived and unhelpful staff!

I love the food here so really disappointed with tonight's order and the general way it was all handled. Please do not order anything for delivery from this place- that is my warning! Ubereats have informed me the restaurant arrange the deliveries themselves so clearly not doing a good job at it. Ordered around 18.50 tonight on ubereats. At first delivery time was 19.40. Changed to 20.00-20.20. Again I thought fine, it is a Friday night after all! At 9.30pm the food had still not arrived. I'd like to add this was about a 75 order and myself and friends were waiting for this food for 3 hours. Made about 5 phone calls in total to this restaurant. Offered a free bottle of wine. By the third phone call offered 10 credit on my next order (1. On a 75 order lol and 2. as if I would repeat this mistake). Loads of excuses, too many orders, you're too far away (13min drive), we are so slammed tonight etc. Don't care, stop being greedy and taking more orders than you can handle. By the 5th phone call and still no food, I was quite rightly livid and didnt really care where the food was, I just wanted a refund and for all this to end. Manager (I assume) had the audacity to haggle on the phone, saying oh I'll do 20, I'll do half etc. Fortunately I was on another call with ubereats who agreed it was unacceptable and refunded my order. Do not order takeaway from this restaurant. If you have to have it, go and collect it yourself.
