Placed an order with them in November, everything was fine with that order. Placed an order with them in December using my admiral rewards and they removed and cancelled my cash back. When I questioned admiral why this was they said I’d used another company for my reward. This is a complete lie and not true. I didn’t claim any cash back for November’s order. I used the affiliate link with admiral for My December order and Virginia Hayward took the cash back reward from my account. Disgusting behaviour. I won’t be shopping with them anymore. They lure you in using affiliate links and then don’t want to pay you your reward. I will state this very clearly. I received no reward or Claimed for a reward with another company for my November order. Decembers order you removed my cash reward...... don’t make me out to be dishonest because you don’t want to pay out genuine cash rewards, Telling admiral I had received a cash reward from another company.

An excellent product supplied and delivered by Virginia Hayward, A large amount of hampers were ordered and requested for a exact delivery date to various locations in the UK, everybody received their hampers on time and all were very impressed at the quality of the hampers delivered. avoid avoid avoid!! I ordered three hampers it was a large order. I was due to have two hampers delivered to family and the third i had delivered to myself as a family member was moving so i would give directly. I paid for next day delivery and got a text stating it had arrived, i looked everywhere for the parcel and no sign at all. I contacted Virginia Hayward with my concern as upon checking the tracking it stated signed by Turtle which is my name. I had not signed for this parcel, it needed a signature as had a bottle of wine included. I heard nothing and a few days passed and i finally got an email back saying there were going to investigate. I waited and waited... and they responded with Fed EX would be returning to my property to find the parcel. I stated i had looked EVERYWHERE and i do not wish for him to be snooping around my property and to cancel his arrival. Before i knew it the guy was at my property and my mother in law called me he was being aggressive and rude asking where the parcel was... she was scared and shaking with fear. I contacted the person who emailed me, as i was furious that this happened without my consent. The company finally refunded me after numerous emails back and forth, for all the orders and cancelled the ones which we not going out. They did not listen to me at all via email, and continued to take no responsibility, absolutely disgusting customer service and over all experience. I would honestly avoid at all costs.

The Vegan hamper is no where near vegan, up to half of the contents contain milk or eggs. Please do not confuse gluten-free with vegan. It's so disheartening to request for a vegan hamper as you're trying to make a difference in the world and you still get animal suffering in a box.
