An interesting experience for an OK milkshake that I probably wouldn't do again. I liked the idea but in the end even one of their normal shakes on the menu had a bit too much going on. Also was left with a lot of not fully blended bits at the bottom of the cup. It was nice enough and fine to do it once, but for the price and the end result probably better off just buying one from McDonald's.
First time trying this place. It was a nice hot day so we stopped in wanting some frozen yogurt, they were not selling this at the moment so we went for a smoothie instead. We asked for 3 different flavours and they were out of almost all the ingredients. We finally got our smoothies and they were bland and sickly. Tasted artificial and definitely not worth the 4 each that we paid for a small size. Staff were friendly and apologetic so gave them 2 stars, although one wasn’t wearing a mask which wasn’t very comforting to see as he prepped our drinks. UPDATED: I am updating my review as I have since had a discussion with the Shakeaway customer services team and I was very pleased with the way they took everything on board and acknowledged all of my concerns. I’m always have to give credit where it’s due and although there were initial mistakes I feel like I have been heard and that’s all I could ask for.
