I have been with this practice for years and have found them to be very helpful. Dr Verma is professional, explained things very well and so helpful - I felt confident in his patient care. The practice staff are always polite and helpful, often going out of their way to ensure they can work around my working hours - I especially enjoy the new online consultation system as I can complete the form in my own time, and the GP always calls much quicker than the expected response time!

It’s really good GP surgery. My own experience patient care and the appointment system is really good. The Doctors are really nice and care and reception team also very helpful. I prefer to my friends as well.

Have been registered with the practice all my life and believe the surgery has gotten better since it's change in location. Dr Verma is amazing . Reception staff, wow... the last time I call I was asked.... "what is wrong with you" ? I replied back with "I am disabled which is why I require an appointment". Perhaps more training on how to speak to patients for admin staff?

I’ve been registered with this practice for 20 years. I now move to different practices for a reason. The staff that works inside Shakespeare health centre are fraudulent they change your name or date of birth as they pleased. This happened more then one occasion where I have to provide ID There communication are poor. Since I’ve moved 3 years ago, I still receive letters from them with my name spelled in different way and asking for surveys. I’ve called them and I was on hold for more then an hour. Just wondered why they still holding my name on there database when I’m no longer registered with them.. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to register with this Practice.

Useless i had a blood test 2 weeks ago and they said they haven't heard anything back and keep telling me to call back the following day

Very horrible GP, i will not waste my time on talking about it. They are not worth my time if i cant be worth theirs, the receptionist has no manners she makes the rest of day an awful one. This GP is not concerned about its paitents at all!

F*cking useless. - You won't be able to get an emergency appointment, they'll just send you to a&e. - If you have a repeating prescription through them, they will muck it up, leaving you high and dry. - A simple request will turn into a big affair, due to their cowardice, lack of common sense and need to discuss everything in their team meetings. If you are registered at this practice, you should learn first aid ASAP. You've pretty much on your own due to the incompetence, lack of available appointments and bureaucracy.
