AVOID. Arranged to pick up vehicle at 10am ( an hour away)..called me to say he was already there. Ok I thought..went to pick up vehicle..no paperwork..tried to call them ..no answer. Got back home and called them..turns out they forgot to do the insurance !! Vehicle was fine no probs at all..but I had a go abt no insurance. They are now trying to charge me for extra fuel..fortunately I took a pic. I know most hire company's rip people off. If you do use these people..then do take pic of everything including fuel gauge.

Rude vile little boy swearing at cashier in a shop his reg was hd18fft should not be aloud out in public with manners like that. What are you employing people like this for I appreciate everyone has bad days but this guy was totally uncalled for and quite aggressive. The only reason your getting one star is because it wont allow me to post this with none
Worked at SHB for 20 years in total, it is no more though
