Disgraceful customer service. I live in The Netherlands and purchased a DC sports Manifold in May. 4 months after fitting the internals from the flexi hose collapsed. I contacted CPL and they said i must remove my maniflold, pay for postage and send it to them overseas so they can put a new flexi hose in, meanwhile i have no car to get to my place of work for weeks waiting for my manifold to return! I asked if they could just pay only half of the repair costs so i can take it to a garage for repair here in The Netherlands and they said no. I tried to compromise with Trevor who replied \its not our fault you dont live in the UK\ he then hung up the phone not wishing to speak with me anymore. They then ignored my calls. I feel so un helped and miss sold by a faulty 500 product. This could of easily been solved if they just paid half (76) for me to get it repaired. I do not recommend ever to do business with CPL. Go to Tegiwa instead!

Very friendly, customer service was at its greatest. Guy done a fab job on mapping my DC5, I even came away with a stunning custom made red polished fuel rail. All in all a great day. I would highly recommend. Thank you.

Yeah bang on! I was in 2 minds about getting reflash for my ep3 just because of all the grief from people like tdi, but I went for it and it is a totally different car now!! Money well spent, well chuffed!!!

I've had CPL Racing do some extensive work to my car as the previous owner was happy with them and I was impressed by what I saw, my own experiences have been the same - excellent quality of work done within the quoted price and timeframe, and their flexibility to accommodate short-notice changes, additions and problems from me is appreciated. I especially like the fact that when discussing a jobsheet they'll tell you what you need to know, not what you might want to hear! A refreshingly honest approach instead of letting a customer spend money on expensive and unnecessary parts. Receptive to questions and with great after-sales backup I can't recommended them highly enough.
