Took car into archway for the first time at 9am on Thursday this week with a problem with the wing mirrors not closing automatically when the car locks. Phone call at 9.10 saying car fixed and ready for collection. Obviously it must have been an easy issue to fix but when I asked how much, the chap said there would be no charge!!! I insisted and paid 20 as a thank you and as a result, will be taking the car back in 2 months for its MOT. Fantastic customer service
