Don’t understand the negative reviews on here; I booked my car in for a spring replacement and was given a next day appointment. I waited around until it was done (1hr ish) and had a pleasant experience all around. Nice, polite, to the point. Competitive prices too. Car feels totally new. Would recommend to all.

Rude, arrogant, disinterested - I rang to advise of a problem and was told to bring my car down as soon as possible. On pulling into the garage, all I could see was a group of surly, aggressive looking female staff, glaring at me, and a group of male staff, looking at me as if I had landed from Mars. One surly, aggressive, masculine woman came up to my door, opened it and stood in the doorway blocking me from getting out. I advised I had rang earlier and been told to bring the car down asap and I was doing that. Her response was, "Yeah?" with a hand on her hip. She then said, "What do you want us to do about it? Do you know what time it is?" If you are still open, and you're still being paid, I would assume, as in my job, the time is irrelevant, especially when they knew I was coming. This garage has a bad reputation and clearly, it is warranted. They had previously done work, refused to give a receipt, and demanded cash, so I should have learnt from that poor experience.
