I have been a client of High Trees and Dr Julie since October 2019. I'm always given significant space and time to run through my health concerns and Dr Julie continues to think about me and my health outside of our appointments. Nurse Steph always impresses me with her knowledge and skill - and even makes blood tests more bearable! Kevin and Alex provide exemplary customer service: they consistently go above and beyond to assist, they anticipate what needs to be done and are always one step ahead. They are very quick to respond to enquiries and nothing is too much trouble for them.

I made an appointment last week due to severe loss of hearing primarily in one ear which was making me feel extremely isolated. Today I saw Tim Husband who was so reassuring, took images inside my ears to show me what the problem was and suggested the micro suction procedure to get rid of excess wax. Although it was a very difficult procedure on my bad side, Tim’s perseverance and professional touch paid dividends, and he successfully removed the build up of wax from both ears, leaving me able to hear for the first time in 7 months. I am so grateful to Tim for giving me back a quality of life I have missed and I would absolutely recommend him and the immaculate clinic to anyone. Thank you so much from a very happy lady.

Went for ear irrigation with Tim Husband. Tim was very professional and talked through exactly what to expect before he carried out the procedure on each ear, and as he carried it out. This gave me a lot of confidence in what he was doing and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending his services or attending on a future occasion.

I made an appointment here for dental checkup, clean n polish as my regular dentist isn't do these as this time. It cost 80 but worth it. Proper in depth cleaning of each individual tooth. I'm impressed so have have rebooted for 6months time.
